Frozé is a remarkably versatile wine – we designed it to be great in its own company, especially as an aperitif or as a reward for a day slaving over a hot workstation – but it has a style that works well with all sorts of meals. Its richness means it can stand up to some fairly intense flavours (think Thai or Indian), but it won't overwhelm subtler dishes like tuna salad or grilled chicken.

We won't be so bold as to tell you what foods you can and can't enjoy with Frozé. We like it most with anything that's simple, delicious and fresh – marinated lamb straight off the barbie, a bowl of mussels with fresh crusty bread, crab linguine ... you get the picture. And it always tastes better outdoors.
